2024 Grape Pirates Rosé ~ Orange, NSW

Smells like we built a candy shop in a strawberry! This Rosé actually tastes like strawberries and cream with a beautiful vanilla custard texture. YUM!

Saignée from Shiraz into mature French oak for fermentation. Secondary malolactic fermentation and left on lees for six months receiving regular bâtonnage. Racked to tank and naturally settled prior to bottling.

Only 302 bottles were produced.

Vineyard at 860-890 meters altitude.

Unfiltered and Unfined.

VERY minimal Sulphites.

Vegan friendly.

13.2% Alcohol
