A structured and textural Chardonnay from the cool climate region of Orange, NSW.
Tasting note: Displaying white stone fruit and citrus aromatics, crisp acidity with a lovely mouthfeel.
Winemaking: Hand-picked and whole bunch pressed. Primary and malolactic fermentation in 15% new French oak barrels. Matured for ten months before being lightly filtered and bottled.
Clone: P58 + I10V1
Alcohol: 13%
